I was born in Marshall, Virginia and moved to Baltimore, Maryland at the age of five and a half. My parents had a furniture and applicance store, and I became fascinated with business at a young age.
I am an alumnus of the University of Baltimore, School of Business Administration. After completing my education, I was involved in sales for several major corporations such as Celebrity-Prestige and Buster Brown Textile.
I ended my career at Buster Brown as their Sales Manager.
In 1980, I fufilled my dream by starting Cornblatt Associates, a manufacturers' representitive sales agency. Over the years, we have been blessed by representing many of the country's top brands.
During this time, I loved the opportunity to make friends and build relationships with our accounts, who I considered partners in business.
After thirty years in business as President and CEO of Cornblatt Associates, I had the good fortune of keeping the business in the family. I turned the leadership over to my son, Paul.
He has proved to be extremely competent and has successfully expanded our great organization with his vision.
My family is most important to me. I am happily married to my wife Ann for fifty-five years. We also have two sons. Paul, who is married to Abbie, has twin 13-year-old daughters. My other son Brian,
is married to Grace and has two daughters, age 15 and 13. My daughters-in-law and my four granddaughters are my gems and jewels. As I look back, I have been most fortunate!

As the son of a salesman, I knew early on that this was my destiny. In 1980, my father, Howard Cornblatt, left a management position at Buster Brown to start Cornblatt Associates.
I spent most summers after that traveling the road with my dad, calling on accounts and attending trade shows. During a break from college in the summer of 1994 , I took over a territory for one of his salesman who was out on medical leave. The rest, as they say, is history.
I spent the next 15 years managing a territory and calling on key accounts. In 2010 I became President of Cornblatt Associates. We have built tremendous relationships with our vendor partners and have an amazing account base in the Mid Atlantic States.
After 10 years as the President of Cornblatt Associates, I continue to manage our team, call on key accounts, including Amazon and Military accounts.
My wife, Abbie, and I have been married for 18 years and have twin 13 year old girls, Lauren and Julia. Our home is complete with our Beagle/Sheppard/mutt mix, Bella and a Yorkie named Zoey.
When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, drinking wine, drives in the Jeep and lacrosse with the girls.

Jen is currently a resident of Carroll County, Maryland where she has lived since the early 2000’s. She resides with her husband, Kevin, their two kids, Darren and Allison, and their German Shepherd, Tex. Jen has a background in law enforcement and background investigations, but is loving every minute of learning the ins and outs of the gift and toy industry with Cornblatt Associates. She has enjoyed working with and getting to know all of the different vendors and customers. In her free time, Jen enjoys spending time with the family and watching her kids play lacrosse.

Beverly has had the pleasure of being a life-long Maryland resident and currently resides in the beautiful Hereford Zone of Baltimore County. Her nest is largely empty with five adult children scattered between Maryland, New York, and Indiana. She and her husband Dave have their hands full instead with their sweet and energetic dog, Buddy. After a fulfilling teaching career as an English teacher with Carroll County Public Schools, Bev retired and is excited to learn a new trade. She is looking forward to working with and getting to know all our wonderful customers and vendors.

Rob comes to Cornblatt Associates by way of Buffalo New York where he started with Jockey Underwear in 1985. He was transferred by Jockey to the Towson, MD area in 1988. Selling Jockey Underwear helped him find his future bride Suzie who was one of his lingerie buyers.
After 10 Years with Jockey Rob found his way to the gift industry starting with Dakin Plush. Dakin was purchased by Applause and then Rob answered a small ad in the Washington Post for a position with Ty Inc.
17 years later it was time to make the change from company man to his current career as an independent rep with Cornblatt Associates in 2015.
Robs oldest daughter Emma lives in the Federal Hill section of Baltimore and younger daughter Chloe is in her second year at Marymount Manhattan College in the Big Apple pursuing a career in Musical Theater.

Jill Ringer has been in the gift and toy industry for 33 years.. She started as a sales rep with the Russ Berrie Co. and was there until they closed their doors in 2011. She then worked for Giftcraft until 2017. She then joined Cornblatt Associates and the rest is history.
Jill enjoys growing her business with each of her customers and always makes sure she has fun with her customers.
Her motto is "Seeing me and the lines I represent is like visiting the top 2 floors of Building Two of the America's Mart in Atlanta". The line package has something for everyone.
She is happily married to her husband Ray of 29 years, and is thankful she lives 6 miles from her only son, Weston, and his beautiful wife, Taylor. Jill loves to sing, travel, play pickle ball, and riding her electric bike. She enjoys traveling around the state calling on her customers and visiting her friends throughout her sales territory.

As a buyer and designer, she has insight into the manufacturing process from idea to retail. Representing over 100 leading brands along the way, Adora brings a full understanding of forming strong vendor/customer connections.
Always ready with a suggestion, Adora prides herself on long lasting relationships with her customers. Her goal is to maximize potential in every store.
Adora and her husband David have three boys. Peyton, Tyler and Carson keep the Allen family at a ballfield every spare moment.
Along with her HOKIES, Adora’s favorite team is the one her son is playing on! You will find Adora laughing, drinking wine or reading a book, especially when on the beach in Maryland or North Carolina. In every aspect of life, Adora strives to never meet a stranger.

Approaching four decades in a business that brings a new challenge everyday, I still love the excitement of a new vendor,
finding a new customer, or even more rewarding finally connecting with that elusive store that always seemed out of grasp.
Garden, Gift, Home and Holiday have brought many highlights to my career path.
My wife Bonnie and I celebrated 40 years of marriage in March of 2022. Two grown offspring, our son married with two children of his own. Our grandchildren
have become a big part of our happiness. Our daughter is living her dream as she now works in the movie/television industry.
When not canvasing the highways of the Mid-Atlantic, I love gardening and music, and enjoying the fruits of our labors.

Michael comes from a background in corporate chemical sales,
having worked in the disposable hygiene market, and serving
our youngest customers via diapers before they even knew what
the word toy meant. He is no stranger to the toy and gift industry
however, in fact you can say he is married to it; his wife Melissa
has 30+ years in toy and gift with roles in both purchasing and
sales.
Michael loves his new industry and the personal feel of working
with the customer base. “You can create a lot of smiles being the
big burly guy with a leopard print bag full of baby plush.” He is
as comfortable in a small boutique as he is down on the farm
working with agritourism customers.
He has two adult children that live close by, and his oldest has
blessed him with a funny and smart 3-year-old grandson. When
Michael and Melissa aren’t working toys and gift, or spending
time with family, they enjoy traveling to tropical locations or to
their British roots, and anywhere there is a Dave Matthews Band
concert.
